Connect Google Sheets

Connect your Google account once, then choose which bots append their submissions to a spreadsheet.

Google Sheets connects at the account level, not per bot: sign in once from Integrations, and turn sync on for whichever bots you want. Each bot picks its own spreadsheet, so different bots can write to different sheets under the same Google login.

Connect your Google account

Do this once — every bot you later turn sync on for shares this same connection.

1

Open Integrations

From the dashboard sidebar, go to Integrations and find the Google Sheets card.

2

Press Connect

Google asks you to sign in and approve access. Meerlume requests permission to see spreadsheet names (to build the picker) and to read and write values — never anything else in your Drive.

3

You're back on Integrations, connected

The card now shows Connected, with a toggle for every bot on your account.

One Google account, many bots

You only sign in once. Turning sync on for a second or third bot reuses the same connection — no second Google sign-in.

Turn sync on for a bot

Flip a bot's toggle either from the Google Sheets card on Integrations, or from that bot's own Settings → Integrations section — both control the same thing.

1

Switch the toggle on

If this is the first time this particular bot has synced, a picker opens right away.

2

Choose a spreadsheet

Pick any spreadsheet your Google account can edit. Meerlume writes to the first sheet/tab in it — there's no second choice for which tab.

3

Done

From the next submission onward, that bot appends a row automatically: submission id, submitted time, contact, channel, status, then one column per question your flow asks — using the question's own wording, not its internal id.

Reused sheets are safe

Pointing two bots at the same spreadsheet (or reusing one you already track something else in) is fine — Meerlume reads the existing header row first and only ever adds columns it needs, never replaces what's already there.

Turning off and disconnecting

Switching a bot's toggle off stops new rows for that bot only — every other bot's sync, and the account connection itself, are untouched. Rows already written stay on the spreadsheet.

Disconnect from the Google Sheets card on Integrations to revoke the account connection entirely. This turns off every bot's sync at once. If another Meerlume account happens to share the same Google login, disconnecting here never affects their connection.
